My Family

I love my family!!! As you can read in my first post, I married the love of my life. We have 4 children (Alex 19, Kenzie 15, Nick 12, and Sydney 8). They are so much fun. Every year we buy season tickets to the BYU games. It never fails, we typically have 2 or 3 or 4 tickets available for each game. I keep thinking we should cut down the number of tickets but I still buy 6 in hopes that everyone will come. Besides, it is fun to bring other people along (especially Bobby, he is a crazy BYU fan).

I am the Site Director for a call center. Overall, I really like my job. I think you have to be passionate about Customer Service to be in it as long as I have been. I just returned from a conference in New York. I really love New York but I don't think I could ever live there. It was great to catch up with many of my counterparts in other parts of the country. I love that my job allows me to make friends with many people in many different states.

Sorry, I know this will be disjointed but I'm not a professional writer. :)

I love pie! Okay, I love just about any dessert. Thing is, as of last Friday, I'm not sure if I like pie anymore. We had a promo for everyone in our site that got a perfect rating on a call. If they got a perfect rating, they got the opportunity to throw a pie at me, my two Senior Managers or our site coordinator (the guy that makes all the schedules). I thought that we might have 20 or 30 pies to spread among the three of us. I was so upset when I found out that there were 116 pies (I'm pretty sure our QA team was out to get me). Oh well...no worries, everyone told me that I would have very few people throwing pies at me because they didn't want to upset the boss. WRONG!!!! I think about 60 of them were thrown at me. I will post pictures later. The good news is that everyone had a good time and I was able to get a few people back. We made a complete mess of our break room (chocolate on the ceilings and walls). Soneedless to say...I no longer like pie. At least not until Thanksgiving and even then it will be pumpkin pie.
